Business of the Month

 

The Cedar City Chamber of Commerce “Business of the Month” award is presented to a company or organization recognized for an outstanding achievement and/or exceptional customer service. This award is presented during the first week of each month and will be recognized on the Chamber’s radio program, website, E-news, and on our social media pages.

Companies may be nominated by any member of the community, business, or organization in Iron County. All nominations must be submitted in writing using the Business of the Month nomination form. This form can be found on the Chamber’s website or picked up at the Chamber of Commerce office located at 510 West 800 South on the SWATC Campus. Nominations will be verified and remain under consideration for up to three months from the date of submission.

 Must be a member of the Cedar City Chamber of Commerce

 Member must be in good standing

 Must be in business for at least one full year

 Should meet at least one of the following criteria:

o Have demonstrated outstanding support of the community

o Provide exceptional customer service and/or superior products

o Respected as being an ambassador of good will for our community

 

 Be given an award with their name and the month & year the award was presented

 Have their logo and a brief write up listed on the Chamber of Commerce website

 Be announced in the Chamber Enews and on our Social Media pages

 Have a banner posted announcing them as the “Business of the Month”

 Be announced on the Chamber’s radio show, “It’s A Class Act”

 

Deadline for nomination is the 2nd Wednesday of each month. Nominations will be verified by the Chamber staff.

 Nominations will be submitted to the Chamber Ambassadors for their review and vote

 The top three will then be submitted to the Community Review Committee for their vote
