 President & CEO – M. Scott Jolley
Scott has lived in Southern Utah for twelve years. He attended School at Southern Utah University, where he studied accounting and business management. He also met and married the love of his life Kourtney while attending school at SUU; they have two boys. Scott is also the founder of Natty’s Wish a Nonprofit organization which provides therapeutic travel to terminal cancer patients. Natty’s Wish was organized because of a commitment that Scott made to his sister Natalie who passed away of cancer in August of 2010. Scott has been President & CEO of the Cedar City Area Chamber of Commerce for the past 3 years, and loves the opportunity to work with the great people of Cedar City. As an entrepreneurial person by nature he enjoys working with business owners and professionals. 

 Office Manager – Deniece Allred

Deniece has  been with the Cedar City Chamber for  1 year. She moved to Cedar City with her husband and 2 of their 3 children 9 years ago.  She and Jerry are the parents of 3 grown children Kyle  (Montana), Ashlee (Cedar City), and Garren (Cedar City), and grandparents to 4 grandchildren who all live in Montana. She loves to garden, read, camp, decorate for any holiday, and be with her family .

They moved their family to Cedar City from Lewiston Idaho where she was involved as a volunteer soccer coach, Boys & Girls Club volunteer, cub scouting, church youth leader, class mom and Idaho’s state PTA for 20 + years. She has made her self right at home in Cedar City by getting involved in the community through volunteering for the  Utah Summer Games, Valley View Medical Center,  and the Miss Utah Scholarship Pageant as the southern Utah field director. Deniece believes volunteers are the key to any thriving community.
